Conversation Analysis

If you have a problem to sort out no matter how silly it sounds or how deep-seated you may perceive it to be there might well be a way forward.

I can usually tell you on the phone if I feel I can be of help to you, or refer you to someone whom I believe will have the necessary expertise to support you.

I work within the humanistic, client-centred school. My approach is eclectic; I use a wide range of techniques, such as hypnosis and relaxation, cognitive methods, behavioural therapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), metaphor in psychotherapy, Ericksonian hypnosis and therapy, dream analysis, etc., etc.

Hypnosis is an enormously effective tool for eliciting relaxation and therefore for enhancing self-acceptance and a general sense of well-being and, ultimately, I believe, the promotion of physical and psychological health.
